Availability and delivery

    • Cashing in of reward points
    • Multibuy discounts

Zero Tolerance Policy

Reward Points Scheme Terms

Registration

  • You must be a registered user and logged in to earn and spend points.
  • Your personal information will be used according to our Privacy Policy.
  • Points cannot be transferred between accounts.

Collecting Points

  • Points are credited automatically upon purchase.
  • You earn 1 point for every whole £1 spent (excluding shipping).
  • Promotional events may offer additional points.
  • Your current balance is available in the ‘My Account’ section.

Spending Points

  • At checkout, you may choose to redeem points.
  • Each 50 points = £1 off your purchase.
  • If the product cost exceeds your points, all points must be used in a single transaction.
  • If the product cost is less than your points balance, you must redeem points up to the product price.
  • Points are valid for 12 months; unused points will expire.
  • You must be logged in to redeem points at checkout.
  • Points cannot be used for shipping charges.

Returns and Substitutes

  • If you return a product, points rewarded for that purchase may be deducted from your account.
  • If we provide a replacement, you will be credited with the usual number of points for the replacement.

Recommend Friends Scheme

  • Up to 250 reward points may be earned for recommending new customers to British Corner Shop.
  • Points increase in steps of 250, with a maximum of 20 new recommended customers.
  • The referred friend must:
    • Make a purchase using a credit/debit card.
    • Spend at least £40 (or equivalent in EUR or USD) for the reward points to be applied.
  • Reward points (up to 250) will be credited to the account holder’s page and can be used for future orders.
  • British Corner Shop reserves the right to delete accounts that abuse the referral scheme.
  • If an account is deleted for abuse, outstanding reward points may be forfeited.
