As she now pursues a future in the energy industry, we’d like the dairy industry to know that we’ve successfully downloaded all of carina’s knowledge, persistence, dedication and ability to inspire others onto a human enhancement chip ready to be implanted into all of our new sustainability recruits as soon as the technology feels a little less sci-fi creepy. If that never happens, at least carina has made the writer of this package a better, more responsible, and definitely more sustainable person, which is no small accomplishment. Do I need a different mouth to drink oat drink?
Good question actually. Because it wasn’t that long ago that few people had even heard of oat drink, let alone thought of drinking it. “A ‘milk’ from oats and not cows? Preposterous!” yet here we are, face to face, well carton, considering what exactly drinking oat drink will require differently of you. The short answer is nothing really. Not your hands or nose or eyelids or even your neck area. No need for a different spoon to spoon it or a different tongue to lick your lips with. ORGANIC PURITANIC
Why aren’t organic plant-based drinks fortified? While EU legislation allows dairy farmers to give their organic milk producers, a.k.a. cows, animal feed fortified with vitamins and minerals, we’re not allowed to use the same fortified oats, give it directly to humans, and still call it organic. Forcing you to choose between a fortified oat drink and an organic one and us to admit that all that talk about purism was just a marketing spin. As luck would have it, you can get your minerals and vitamins through other parts of a well-balanced and plant-based diet, so you’re good.

We won’t bore you with our thoughts on being unable to fortify the organic oat drink; instead, let’s celebrate that you can drink this amazing drink as it is and use it in your cooking and baking. It’s made with 100% organic oats, without any soy or milk, and unopened packages can be stored at room temperature.
